Cameras caught several Orleans Justice Center inmates snorting cocaine inside a cell back in February, but no deputies noticed.
Then one of the inmates died of an overdose.
Court documents released today shows Darrell Fuller is believed to be the one who smuggled the drugs in. An investigation is continuing into how he was able to get it past officers and into the jail.
