Kenner police say a teenager is facing charges after using a stun gun on a seven-year-old boy.
Officers arrested 19-year-old Kevin Alexis following the Friday night attack that left the child with several electrical burns. Police say Alexis told them he was just playing around when he started chasing neighborhood kids with the weapon that he had grabbed from his kitchen window.
He's charged with second-degree battery and cruelty to a juvenile.
