A 19-year-old is charged with aggravated battery after a fun-time apparently was not had by all at her daughter's Chuck E. Cheese birthday party in Metairie.
The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office says Breshaw Specer of Violet was arrested Saturday.
Deputies say she got into a confrontation with the paternal grandmother of her one-year-old daughter and both were asked by management to leave.
Specer then pepper sprayed the woman as she left the building.
