This will be a big day for LSU head football coach Ed Orgeron.
It's his first year leading the team and it also marks the inaugural early national signing period for high school seniors across the U.S. making college signing commitments.
Early signing began at midnight and will continue through midnight Friday. Those who don't sign this week can do so on February 7th, the traditional national signing day.
