A high-ranking Louisiana state official is the latest target of legal action alleging sexual harassment.
One of Secretary of State Tom Schedler's employees, Dawn Ross, says the inappropriate behavior has gone on for years, contending the unwanted sexual advances created a sexually hostile and abusive working environment.
Ross also says he followed her boyfriend and staked out her home.
Schedler denies the harassment claims and said yesterday afternoon that the sexual relationship was consensual.
