City Agrees To Settlement In Murder Ordered By Cop

The city of New Orleans will be paying $1.5 million to the children of a woman whose murder was ordered by a corrupt city cop in 1994.

Kim Groves, who lived in the 9th Ward was shot to death outside her home after she filed a civil rights complaint against Officer Len Davis for beating a young man.

The gunman is serving life in prison. Davis is on death row at a federal lockup in Indiana.
