New Orleans police have a man in custody for the early Thursday morning deadly work-related shooting that occurred outside a French Quarter bar.
The victim was a former employee and the shooter, identified as James Nero, a current co-worker at the Attiki Bar & Grill.
The 23-year-old Nero is alleged to have shot the man in the neck, the unidentified victim dying at the hospital a short time later.
Nero is charged with second-degree murder.
