The man suspected of killing a New Orleans-based talent agent for musicians is now behind bars on a charge of second-degree murder.

Police say 40-year-old Tyrone Fountain surrendered last night after giving an interview to WDSU-TV and confessing to the beating of Marla Belin on December 17th. She died last Friday.

Fountain says he had been arguing with Belin over money when he alleges she let her dogs out and they attacked him, moments later leading him to have a panic attack, body slamming her to the ground.
