A cell phone video of a man randomly walking up to people and punching them is going viral after leaking online.
The video began gaining attention yesterday on YouTube and shows a shirtless man walking around Bourbon and Dumaine streets attacking random targets with his fists.
In the footage, most of the people who are attacked react with shock while other bystanders chase the man away.
Police say the man in the video is 25-year old Ray Julien who was arrested and is facing one count of resisting arrest and seven counts of simple battery.
