No Charges To Be Filed Against JPSO Deputies In Death Of Keeven Robinson

Jefferson Parish District Attorney Paul Connick, Jr. says he will not seek charges against JPSO deputies involved in the death of Keeven Robinson.

Connick announced his decision yesterday, saying the state could not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the actions of four undercover JPSO narcotics agents rose to the level of criminal conduct.

The 22-year-old Robinson died in May 2018 after running from law enforcement during a drug sting operation.

Connick also said he met personally with Robinson's family on Tuesday to inform them of his decision.
