A new poll says more than half of residents in the city like Mayor LaToya Cantrell.
New data revealed Tuesday that Mayor Cantrell has a 62% approval rating heading into her fall re-election campaign.
It also suggested that crime will remain one of the hot topics heading into the coming election.
Outside of the mayor, residents gave NOPD Superintendent Shaun Ferguson high marks with a 56% approval rating.
