A settlement is being reached between Brad Pitt's foundation and a group of New Orleans residents.

Pitts' Make It Right Foundation and the homeowners told an Orleans Parish civil judge yesterday about the over $20 million deal.

The residents will get $25,000 each from the foundation if the judge approves the agreement.

It involves 107 people who moved into a post-Katrina housing development funded by Make It Right, which had defects and leaks.
