The suspect in a double murder in Covington is now under indictment.

A St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted 49-year-old Antonio Tyson on Wednesday on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of obstruction of justice.

Tyson is accused of murdering and burning the bodies of 71-year-old Father Otis Young and longtime church worker Ruth Prats.

In late November, the bodies of the victims were found behind a glass shop in downtown Covington.
