Residents will get more chances to speak out against a proposed development in St. Tammany Parish.
The Mandeville City Council held a special meeting yesterday to discuss plans for Sucette Harbor.
The plans call for 90 apartments for seniors, a hotel, restaurant, event space and a marina on about 15 acres.
One neighbor tells Fox 8 she realizes this could boost property values, but she wants something that isn't as loud or dense.
Two more meetings will take place next month.
