The Tigers are parting ways with four assistant coaches on the defensive side of the ball.
LSU head coach Brian Kelly is not retaining defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Matt House, safeties coach Kerry Cooks, cornerbacks coach Robert Steeples and defensive line coach Jimmy Lindsey.
The team finished the season ranked 105th in total defense while they ranked tied for 78th in scoring.
House joined LSU Head Coach Brian Kelly's coaching staff in 2021, bringing a Super Bowl Championship with him. He had coached linebackers for the Kansas City Chiefs for three years before joining the Tigers.
