The Louisiana House budget measure is not meeting with the governor's satisfaction.
Governor John Bel Edwards released a statement in which he criticized the budget measure's funding cuts to healthcare and to veterans' and children's services.
The state House budget proposal includes cuts totaling more than $230 million. The state Senate is likely to heavily change the proposal.
