A former New Orleans police officer is headed to prison for 25 years, but it could have been for life.
Marcellus White, who was arrested last year, entered into an agreement where he pleaded guilty to five counts of sexual battery involving children under the age of 13.
A laundry-list of such charges was brought against him in other cases involving boys after a teen male relative reported being raped by White at his Algiers apartment.
