The man arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot students at the University of New Orleans is said to have made frightening remarks.
The New Orleans Advocate reports that court records released Tuesday state that 20-year-old Nicholas Heard told two friends that he wanted "to make Columbine and Parkland look like nothing."
Heard's bond on a terrorizing charge is set at $50,000.
Dozens of people have been arrested in Louisiana for making school threats since the massacre last month at a Florida high school.
