A teen who jumped from the back of a school bus in Bywater last month has passed away.
New Orleans police say 16-year-old Tyronne Bradley died from complications of blunt trauma to the head.
The boy allegedly told classmates he wanted to get off the bus, walked to the back of the vehicle, and jumped out from the emergency exit door while it was traveling down Burgundy Street.
Police are still investigating why he wanted off the bus.
