Criminal District Judge Byron Williams is taking a leave of absence following allegations of sexual misconduct.
An investigation is underway after a courthouse employee claimed he inappropriately touched her. Another claimed he made inappropriate comments from the bench.
Williams is denying the allegations, and says he's stepping away to ensure the public does not see the system in a negative light.
