Three Marines and an ROTC student won't be facing further legal action in connection with the alleged rape of Tulane University student and her friend.
The Orleans Parish District Attorney's Office announced Wednesday that it will not prosecute the case based on information it received from the New Orleans Police Department. There were also several follow-up interviews conducted by prosecutors.
The women were allegedly assaulted at the Tulane student's apartment after leaving a bar in mid-April with one of the men, the other three showing up later.
