Betsy DeVos, the U.S. Secretary of Education, will put the wraps today on her four-state "Rethink School" tour when she visits two public charter schools in New Orleans.
DeVos is said to be challenging educators, community leaders and parents to rethink how children are educated.
Among today's stops, she's scheduled to visit Edward Hynes Charter School for a first-hand look at what's described as its "academically rich, innovative programs."
