Fans are being called on to help offset the $100,000 fine LSU was hit with Monday because fans rushed the field after the Tigers' victory over Georgia on Saturday.

The SEC announced the penalty for the action that violates the organization's rules that were set up as a safety measure.

Congressman Garret Graves was quick to immediately set up a GoFundMe account so fans could help pay the fine, and as of around midnight last night, 300 people had pledged more than $7,200 toward paying down the six-figure punishment.
