New Orleans police are investigating the Sunday morning shooting of a man who lived in a nearby homeless encampment located underneath an I-10 overpass.
The victim's name has not been released. He was hit by multiple rounds of gunfire in the area of Canal Street and the Claiborne Street bridge.
Police have not released any motive or suspect information.
