Dozens of people are facing charges in a wild multi-location incident in Orleans Parish last year.

State police announced Thursday that at least 15 people are under arrest in Louisiana and more than 30 others are being sought on warrants in 18 other states for a so-called "ride out" that occurred last year on Mardi Gras Day.

Troopers say more than 150 people took part in the event, that at times completely shut down stretches of I-10. The participants rode dirt bike,s ATVs and motorcycles, some of them stolen, intimidating other motorists at times.
