Poll: Majority Support For Legalizing Sports Gambling, Recreational Pot

A majority of those surveyed in a recent poll favor the legalization of recreational pot in Louisiana as well as betting on professional sports.

That's according to the last of six reports from the survey conducted earlier this year by the Public Policy Research Lab at LSU's Manship School of Mass Communication.

The poll shows majority opposition to the banning of assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition magazines.
