No hazardous materials were on any of the 13 rail cars that jumped the train tracks in Gretna today.
City officials say street closures are taking place on Ocean Avenue, Hamilton Street, Wiedman Street, Romain Street and Richard Street all between First and Fourth streets.
None of the rail cars overturned, but officials say it will still take about 48 hours to resolve the issues.
There's no word at this time as to what caused the cars to leave the tracks.
