Former Vice President Joe Biden is leaving Louisiana after speaking to voters during his campaign for president.
Biden spoke last night at a fundraising dinner in New Orleans' Warehouse District hosted by Congressman Cedric Richmond.
Earlier on Tuesday, Biden visited the Youth Empowerment Project where he met with children and staff.
Biden discussed his plans to reverse several key positions of the 1994 Crime Bill he helped write which he says needs to evolve into modern times.
