A recent study found that Louis Armstrong International Airport ranks towards the bottom of the list when it comes to customer satisfaction.
J.D. Power recently released their findings for 2019, which measures overall traveler satisfaction by looking at factors such as terminal facilities, airport accessibility, baggage claim, security checkpoints, check-in/baggage check areas and finally food, beverage and retail.
Louis Armstrong International was tied with Philadelphia International airport for 4th worst overall in the large airport division.
Finishing below Louis Armstrong was Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Honolulu International Airport and LaGuardia Airport.
