Tuscaloosa is heightening security for the Alabama-LSU game Saturday in preparation for a possible presidential visit.

The University of Alabama announced yesterday that the gates would open early due to heightened security.

Although the White House has not officially said the President would attend the game, students believe the visit would add to the excitement.

The last time the Tuscaloosa area had a presidential visit was in 2011, when President Barack Obama toured the city after the tornado struck on April 27th.
