A new report is showing that the Hard Rock collapse is costing the city millions of dollars.
According to the source, the collapse has cost the City of New Orleans over $11 million since October and that does not include the costs from 2020 so far.
The report breaks down the costs into different categories including damages to streets and infrastructures, which has racked up a $3 million bill and lost revenue from changes to RTA which totals to nearly $5 million.
City leaders say they are going to further discuss the expensive breakdown today at the council meeting.
