Dozens of N95 masks are back at the New Orleans Convention Center after the facility's director of public safety is accused of stealing them.
The Times Picayune reports Vernon Giscombe has been arrested and charged with malfeasance in office.
The alleged theft happened last week and it involved 80 of the highly sought after masks.
