Former LSU standout running back Kevin Faulk is among 78 former players on the ballot this year for induction into the College Football Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame announced the names of nominees yesterday with Faulk, the lone representative from LSU, hoping to be selected early next year.
Faulk is the leading rusher in LSU history and is the current running backs coach for the Tigers following a stellar NFL career with the New England Patriots, where he won three Super Bowls.
A total of 10 Tigers have been enshrined in the College Football Hall of Fame, with the most recent being Glenn Dorsey in the Class of 2020.
