LSU officials say at least 30 members of the football team are now in quarantine after possibly being exposed to the coronavirus.

Sources said yesterday that some players have tested positive for the virus, while others have only had contact with positive patients.

No hospitalizations or serious illness have been reported in connection to the new cases, and very few players have experienced anything but mild symptoms.

The Department of Health has linked new reports of the virus, including the football team's outbreak, to multiple bars in the Tigerland area.
