The boys of summer are back in action at one of the areas largest playgrounds but baseball for some kids did not last long.

Carrollton Boosters confirmed that a coach and kid tested positive for the Coronavirus only seven days after the park reopened for business in Phase Two.

Officials say the entire seven and eight year old league is now being quarantined and will not be able to practice or interact until after July 4th.

Despite one age bracket being shut down, other age groups are being allowed to play baseball and softball but parents worry that more teams or kids will be impacted.
