The New Orleans Saints are the latest team that will allow fans to return to the stands.
The team issued a statement saying they have agreed to a phased approach with New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell that will allow fans beginning this Sunday when the Saints host the Carolina Panthers, with 3,000 tickets will be available to season ticket holders.
The capacity can increase to 6,000 fans for home games in November and to 15,000 for December home games, barring any change in local health and safety guidelines.
The two sides have been at odds over the issue, with Cantrell saying recently there isn't an indoor stadium in America allowing large numbers of fans and for good reason.
