Number Of Presumed Recovered From COVID-19 In Louisiana Up Nearly 3,500

The Louisiana Department of Health said Wednesday the number of presumed recovered from COVID-19 in Louisiana increased by 3,490 to 165,282, as of October 19.

The total number of coronavirus cases since the pandemic began was up by 744 to 177,399. LDH also reported 12 additional deaths to bring that total to 5,584.

Hospitalizations continued to rise, up 22 to 608 with 68 patients on ventilators, rising six from Tuesday.
