Starting today, some parishes can expand capacity at high school football games.

Gov. John Bel Edwards has announced that parishes with a COVID-19 positivity rate under 5% for at least two weeks can allow 50% capacity at outdoor stadiums, which includes both East and West Baton Rouge parishes.

New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell said the city will stay with 25% capacity for now. There is no word on when that order may change.
