The Louisiana Department of Health reported an additional 2,126 cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, along with 71 deaths.
That brought the running total of cases to 372,089 and deaths to 8,324.
Hospitalizations rose by 11 to 1,905 and the number of patients on ventilators increased by 10 to 249.
On the vaccine front, LDH reported an additional 66,343 doses administered to date for a total of 267,720. Of those, 35,589 vaccine series are now completed as Phase 1B, Tier 1 distribution continued.
