New Orleans Moves Into Modified Phase 3 Re-Opening Starting Tomorrow

The city of New Orleans is moving to modified Phase 3 COVID-19 restrictions beginning Friday.

Mayor LaToya Cantrell announced yesterday that capacity at stores, restaurants, and offices can increase to 75% under the new guidelines with no limits for religious services.

Event venues are capped at 50% capacity or 250 people indoors and at 50% capacity with no cap outdoors.

Block parties and parades are prohibited, masks are still required, and all activities must observe social distancing during the modified Phase 3.
