Legislators want to hear from LSU Associate Athletic Director Sharon Lewis, but they may have to wait awhile.

Lewis is filing multiple lawsuits against the LSU Board of Supervisors, former LSU head football coach Les Miles and the University's law firm claiming Title IX retaliation.

The university's legal department sent a letter to State Senator Regina Barrow today saying the university would not allow any employee to testify, citing the pending lawsuit against the school.

Lewis's attorneys say the school entered into a conspiracy to cover up alleged sexual harassment by then head football coach Les Miles as well as other Title IX investigations.
