Ochsner: Higher Insurance Rates For Employees' Unvaccinated Spouses

The state's largest health system is announcing a plan to encourage its insured employees to get their spouses vaccinated.

Ochsner recently announced its new spousal coronavirus vaccine fee to its employees

Starting in 2022, any Ochsner employee on the company's insurance policy who has an unvaccinated spouse or domestic partner will have to pay an extra $100 per pay period, which adds up to about $2,400 a year.
