Smokable medical marijuana is now legally available to patients across Louisiana, and it's a hit.
The new state law making more types of medical pot available in Louisiana is in effect with the start of the new year.
Capitol Wellness Solutions in Baton Rouge is one of the nine dispensaries statewide now permitted to sell raw, smokable medical marijuana.
They reported nearly 500 people lining up for the first day the product was available.
