The AAA Weekend Gas Watch says the statewide average gas price in Louisiana is $3.30 a gallon for regular unleaded.
That price is up six cents from a week ago, and is a $1.07 more than a year ago.
The national average is $3.52.
Gasoline supply and demand are both lower, but rising crude prices are driving up the pump price as well.
The average price at the pump in New Orleans is $3.30. In Baton Rouge, it's $3.29.
