Cassidy: FEMA Granting State Nearly $75M In Pandemic, Disaster Relief

Congress Continues Negotiations On Spending And Infrastructure Bills

Senator Bill Cassidy says FEMA is granting the state of Louisiana nearly $75 million in natural disaster and pandemic relief.

The Republican senator says the grant includes amounts earmarked for relief from the pandemic, the 2016 flood, and Hurricanes Laura, Zeta, and Ida.

Cassidy says the funding should help Louisiana keep getting back on its feet after all the disasters of the past several years.
