Baby Orangutan Continuing To Gain Strength At Audubon Zoo

A two-month-old Sumatran orangutan at the Audubon Zoo is showing signs of improvement after a rough start.

The baby was named Roux from a list of suggested names submitted to the public.

During his first weeks of life, Roux needed constant care and had difficulty feeding. He's now put on weight, improved his feeding skills, and built up his strength.

So far the zoo's other orangutans can only see the baby through a screen, but they're reportedly watching him with great interest.
