Louisiana police are identifying the woman whose murder was broadcast on Facebook.

Janice David's body was found last night handcuffed to a steering wheel in a Baton Rouge parking lot.

Police believe she'd been murdered hours beforehand in a 15-minute video broadcast on social media.

They've arrested Earl Johnson Jr. in connection with the 34-year-old's killing saying he's already confessed.

Johnson and David apparently had been taking drugs for several days before she was murdered.

He's expected to be charged with first-degree murder.
