Millions In Federal Dollars Coming To Louisiana To Fight Opioid Crisis

Millions of federal dollars are coming soon to Louisiana clinics to help fight the opioid epidemic.

The federal government announced a $1 billion initiative on Friday to deal with the opioid crisis.

More than $17 million of the funding will go to the Louisiana State Office of Behavioral Health.

The White House says the money will provide more Narcan to recovery centers in states across the country.
