Four Shot, One Killed In Targeted French Quarter Shooting

Four people have been shot in what police are calling a targeted attack in the French Quarter.

One of the victims has died. NOPD Supt. Anne Kirkpatrick says another victim is clinging to life in the hospital.

Witnesses say they heard dozens of gun shots.

Investigators say they tracked down a car connected to the attack and one person of interest is in custody.
