Many City Services To Reopen Today As Barry Moves Out Of State

The City of New Orleans says the Public Library and NORD facilities will reopen today.

Public transit services are back up and operational in New Orleans after officials declared the threat from Barry over yesterday afternoon.

Streetcars will be replaced by buses until lines are cleared of debris and all vehicles are removed from neutral grounds.
